I have been a Reiki Master for 19 years. I was trained in Usui Reiki which is a highly beneficial treatment to help you relax, restore your energy system physically, mentally and spiritually. A Reiki session will take about 90 minutes for the first session as I will be consulting with you about your session and discussing any questions or concerns you may have. Subsequent sessions are one hour in length and will cost $70 for follow up sessions. Reiki sessions are hands on or hands slightly above a client who is either laying comfortable on my treatment table or in a sitting position if laying down is not an option. Reiki has also been proven to be just as effective through what we call Distance Healing. I would offer Distance Healing via Zoom or planned time where you would find a calm and quiet place to receive the Healing session. During this current pandemic, this form of Reiki session is often preferred by most of my clients.
