You will be asked a series of questions which will allow me to determine the correct crystals to use specifically for your energies. During a crystal therapy session, you will usually be invited to lie down, fully clothed, and crystals may be placed around you with the intention of balancing your body’s energy centers. Specific healing stones may be placed over the locations where the chakras are believed to be. This session is relaxing and focused on assisting you in feeling grounded and centered in order to allow your body to regain health and vitality.

If you are suffering from an acute complaint, the practitioner might position crystals directly over the affected part of your body. A custom crystal bundle can be purchased after a session should you want to utilize the healing properties of crystals whenever you need them. These bundles can also be created for another person (kids too) if you feel they would benefit from a specific crystal energy.

If you are unable to participate in person I am able to create a safe and effective session via zoom. I will ask questions to enable me to choose the specific crystals and stones for you then I will set up a Healing Grid which will remain in place for 1 week. The Healing Grids have been shown to be extremely effective in assisting in sending healing to where it is needed. I will take a picture of your grid with written feedback.
